Stage 1: In-Space Visualization
Design & Feasibility Assessment
The In-Space Visualization is a paid design and feasibility assessment used to evaluate your space, define project scope, and determine the appropriate level of design engagement.
During this visit (in person or virtual), we review layout, existing conditions, key constraints, and your goals for the project. I assess complexity, coordination needs, and overall direction in order to prepare a proposal for a full-service design engagement.
This stage is intended for clients planning renovations, kitchen and bathroom remodels, or multi-room projects who are considering moving forward with full-service design.
Design & Feasibility Assessment: $200–$350 depending on location and scope
Stage 2: Style Clarity, Alignment & Strategy
Once a full-service design agreement is in place, this stage focuses on deeply understanding you and your lifestyle, your aesthetic, and how you want your home to feel.
During this phase, I take the time to learn your preferences, influences, and daily rhythms so that the design we create is not only beautiful, but truly personal and cohesive. Through detailed questionnaires, conversations, and visual exploration, we define a clear design language that reflects who you are and how you live.
This stage establishes the aesthetic foundation for the entire project. It ensures that every space, finish, and decision moving forward is aligned with a cohesive vision and a refined point of view, before we move into detailed design and implementation.
This stage ensures that the implementation phase is guided by a clear, intentional design direction rather than a series of disconnected decisions.
Once the assessment is completed, you get to move onto the fun part: your home transformation!
Stage 3: Home Alchemy
Full-Service Design & Implementation
(This is where the magic happens.)
This is the execution phase, where the design vision is translated into a fully realized home.
During this stage, I lead the detailed design, sourcing, and coordination required to bring your project to life. This includes space planning, finish and material selection, furnishings, lighting, and coordination across trades and vendors to ensure a cohesive and well-executed result.
This stage is designed for renovation projects, kitchens and bathrooms, multi-room transformations, and full-apartment or partial-home designs. Each engagement is customized based on scope, complexity, and level of coordination required.
Full-service design engagements typically range from $8,000–$12,000+
depending on scope and complexity.
Single-room projects may start lower
